A roadmap for Higher Education Institutions to integrate transferable skills training into their PhD curricula:
- A flexible guide to improve and modernise PhD programmes, so that students are better equipped for the future labour market, both in regard to employment opportunities and flexible career development.
- Guidelines on European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System ECTS integration for transferable skills training, with the longer-term objective of blending transferable skills courses into conventional PhD programmes and to harmonize and standardize transferable skills training in Europe.
