The aim of the DocEnhance project is to enhance skills intelligence and integration into existing PhD programmes.
DocEnhance addresses the specific challenges in the topic H2020-SwafS-08-2019 “Research innovation needs & skills training in PhD programmes” along with selected challenges from the Modernisation Agenda and the New Skills Agenda. In addition, DocEnhance will foster a culture of co-operation between the academic and non-academic sector by actively involving stakeholders from both sectors in all stages of the project in accordance with the first strategic orientation of the SwafS WP18-20 “Accelerating and catalyzing processes of institutional change.”
